Service Desk Intern

  • M9 have been upgrading their key monitoring tool Connectwise Automate.
  • We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic intern with a keen attention to detail to work with this system and AutoTask, our ticketing system.
  • The role will involve dealing with some of the ticket types created by the system ensuring that they are dealt with appropriately, reporting on them and feeding this back to the team looking at automation.
  • This is an opportunity to get work experience in a fast-moving customer support environment in IT Managed Service. Whilst this is a specific role, M9 will look to give the successful candidate a broader experience of the Service Desk to help future career prospects.

1st Line Engineer

  • A talented, experienced 1st Line IT Engineer looking to develop in a customer focused role.
  • A quick learner/structured thinker looking to develop their skills in Office 365, Sharepoint etc.
  • Someone who enjoys communicating with customers and appreciates the pressures they are under.
  • A team player who enjoys contributing to and working in a supportive environment.
